Job Description:
  • Development of roadmaps for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) solutions to facilitate the achievement of the business strategies.
  • Identify standardization of processes and support solutions.
  • Work with cross functional business functions like R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Technical services and IT functions to develop the different project business cases.
  • Ensure proper and regular communication of the status of operations projects, solutions adoption and services.
  • Maintains high standards of accuracy, quality and reliability for all supported services.
  • Responsibility for charting regional app rollout strategy and working with PMO, Remote Care and Regulatory business functions.
  • Monitoring app deployment status and trending on tech services issues.
  • Defining and managing mobile app product deployment infrastructure strategies.
  • Understand latest market/technology trends and evaluate technology adoption.
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and service supplier’s management support.
  • Management of Application rollout and partnering with various Cross functional groups.
  • Maintenance planning of MDM infrastructure managing user devices and mobile applications.
  • Creates and maintains plans and also drives execution of Mobile application deployments.
  • Provides support for User and device management and develop trainings for end users.
  • Provides metrics and trend reporting on all Mobile product apps deployment and maintenance operations.
  • Management of App store with Mobile App store vendors.
  • Responsibility for adherence to standards of company mobile devices strategy and related infrastructure.
  • Ensures service delivery and customer satisfaction for all supported services.
  • Mobility security expertise to help R&D and App development teams on mobile app deployment security strategies and define and help build these strategies into  various programs.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure operations to automate repetitive tasks.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or another discipline relevant for the healthcare IT industry or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications Preferred: Apple or AirWatch MDM Certifications, GIAC GMOB Security certifications
  • Extensive experience with Mobile application rollouts within MDM infrastructure
  • Extensive knowledge of MDM and MAM and Mobility deployment infrastructure management
  • Extensive experience with MDM technologies (AirWatch) and Mobile Application deployment management and also experience managing Apple and Android App store deployments
  • Experience managing Mobile device technical support desk and mobility technologies for iOS and Android
  • Ability to architect, design and analyze diverse enterprise solutions based on evolving requirements
  • Extensive experience working through formal change control
  • Experience with environment separation and promotion workflows
  • Experience in setting Mobility IT strategies and business alignment
  • Business unit relevant business process knowledge, as related to Mobility IT and App deployment infrastructure
  • Good communication, logical thinking, decision making and problem solving abilities, and good leadership and management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong experience with vendor management.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in managing mobile apps in regulated environment is an added advantage.
  • 8 -10 years of IT or Mobility experience in large or midsized Health Care or Consumer Goods organization managing mobility support.
  • Consistent with senior level position having a minimum computing systems experience of 10 -12 years.
  • Security and authorizations experience preferred.
  • Proven skills and/or experience in the following technologies: Mobile App Customer support. Apple iTunes Connect, Air Watch, Mobility BYOD.
