Job Function
Transportation Management Module:
•    Works with control tower team to resolve any shipping issues
•    Works with suppliers and supply chain team to resolve TMS usage issues
•    Manage TMS dashboard to achieve KPI goals
•    Facilitate CFT (cross function team) to improve user experience with TMS
•    Manages TMS program through scope discovery, gathering data, modeling, internal review, and CFT approval
•    Improve transportation management system solutions including billing, reporting, and visibility
•    Guides the users through process update, integration best practices, and global transportation strategies
•    Documents the technical and functional specifications of the TMS Solution and reports to appropriate internal and external groups
•    Serves as the subject matter expert on TMS
•    Interfaces with other supply chain systems including 3pl warehouse management systems to facilitate a comprehensive solution across business groups
•    Participates actively in CFT meetings as the Subject Matter Expert
•    Manages user expectations by providing expert functional and improvement recommendations

Problem Solving:
•    PS&DMP - Identify root causes, work with CFT (cross-functional team) to drive sound and solid resolutions

Monthly freight model review:
•    Evaluate freight execution models
•    Support to improve execution and price efficiency
 
Qualifications
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent
•    8+ years working in global transportation/logistics fields
•    Global geography savvy
•    Ability to form or work in a cross-functional team 
•    Experience in working with Transportation Management System
•    Experience working in / with supply chain  organization
•    SAP experience is a plus
•    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
•    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and co-workers
•    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
•    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
•    Experience with MS Office applications, savvy with Excel and Outlook
